Dr. Torres had grown to 3 locations, but each felt like a different practice. Different logos, different social accounts, different patient experiences. This fragmentation confused patients and made referrals awkward. Staff didn't feel like they were part of one team.
We conducted a complete brand unification developing a master brand identity, unified messaging framework, and comprehensive visual standards.
