Dr. Mitchell was leaving an associate position to start his own practice. Zero existing patients, no brand recognition, and a finite runway to become sustainable. He needed to go from zero to profitable fast without discounting his way to full chairs.
We built everything from scratch: brand identity that conveyed quality and modern care, optimized Google presence, social content pipeline, and a carefully sequenced launch campaign. Pre-launch community building, grand opening event marketing, and aggressive local paid acquisition. We tracked every touchpoint and optimized daily.
